Plasmonic metasurfaces are defined by upscalable nanoimprinting and metal deposition. The plasmonic metasurfaces are post-processed by high resolution (127.000 DPI) laser printing to generate specific flat optical components. This enables definition and precise alignment of lenses embedded in optofluidic chips.

Tunable imaging systems using three-dimensional optofluidics

We consider recent advances in optofluidics technology which allow the realization of
three-dimensional optical systems with excellent imaging properties. Individual and
multiple tunable lenses; astigmatism-tunable optics; variable and rotatable prisms; tunable
apertures; and an all-fluidic zoom system will be presented.
