In this paper, we applied optical feedback cavity enhanced absorption spectroscopy to the human breath diagnosis. With this system, the noise-equivalent absorption coefficient of 2.6×10-8 cm-1Hz-1/2 and real time measurement(<1s) can be achieved, such sensor can be used in screening for early detection of serious diseases.
