Session Abstract | ||
HOW WE WILL GET THERE Please meet in the Marshgate atrium near the cafe on the ground floor at 1200. We will take taxis to PEARL, returning back to UCL Pool Street by 1500. If you have luggage you can leave it at UCL Marshgate in the locked offices. PEARL is designed to explore how people interact with their environment. It is around 4,000m squared and 10m high, allowing plenty of experimental space to create life-sized, controlled condition environments including a railway station, high street or town square, where people’s interaction with the environment and each other can be examined. The tour includes bus travel to and from UCL East to PEARL. Leaving UCL Marshgate at 12.00 and returning for 15.00. The tour of PEARL will take place 13.00-14.00.
