The course fees are always due with the registration and need to be paid within one week after registration.

Cancellations:
- For all course cancellations, a cancellation fee of 30.- CHF applies.
- For cancellations by external participants communicated until 4 weeks before the course start, 100% minus cancellation fee will be refunded.
- For cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the course start, the course fee cannot be refunded.

SSPH+ reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses. A minimum of 15 registration per course is needed to offer the course. In case of a cancellation of a course by SSPH+, the fees will be refunded in full (decision usually made 1 month before course start). SSPH+ will not be held liable for travel or accommodation costs. Make sure you have a travel insurance or book refundable offers.
Please note that the
