You will create a user account with personal details. Your user data and activity logs will be stored within the system.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Data

Information stored in the conference registration system will be used exclusively in relation to these events. In particular, in case of participation, your name, academic affiliation, and presentation title (where applicable) will be displayed on the conference webpages and in the conference abstract booklet(s). Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the organization of the events, for billing purposes or for legal reasons (e.g. in the case of an external audit). It will not be distributed or sold to other parties for other purposes.

Information Access Rights

Upon request, the organizers of these events will provide you with all personal data that are stored about you. This includes information on how data were collected, the purposes for which they have been stored, and to whom they were disclosed.

By accepting the privacy agreement you also confirm that you read the privacy statement of the operators of this conference registration system.
