i have participated in real estate management, valuation and property appraisals for mortgage purposes. being both a real estate professional and a banker l have had the opportunity to work on matters related to real estate appraisals and rental market, and you can prove there is still much to be done as property appraisers and real estate professionals. With the bank l worked to oversee credit risk on applications for mortgage and checking and giving opinions on valuation reports submitted.

Biography
William Endsley is the Principal Consultant for World Citizen Consulting and has over twenty years’ experience in developing international market strategy and has traveled throughout the Americas, Asia, Europe and Africa working to develop professionals in the finance and real estate sector as a means for broader economic development and global security. He is currently working with the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) and IHC Global on the International Property Markets Scorecard Methodology. He is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and has guest lectured at Johns Hopkins and George Washington University. He previously served as the Director of International Relations for the Appraisal Institute where he directed the organization’s entry into China, Germany, Korea and Turkey.

Biography
Eden Tilahun was born on November 07, 1994 in Meki town, Oromia National Regional State, Ethiopia. She attended her elementary and secondary education in Meki Catholic School and for preparatory studies; she joined NAFYAD Preparatory School of Nazereth in 2010/11 and graduated with Diploma. She then joined Haramaya University for B.Sc. Degree in Agribusiness and Value Chain Management. After graduation, she was employed by Haramaya University, School of Agricultural Economics, and Agribusiness as a Graduate Assistant and served for a year. Furthermore, she joined University of Pretoria, South Africa and Haramaya University, Ethiopia jointly for M.Sc. Degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics under full sponsorship of African Economic Research Consortium. After an excellent completion of graduate studies, she is serving Haramaya University as a lecturer and besides she is leading, working, facilitating, and organizing several research projects under the research sub-theme of Institutions, Innovation System, and Economic Development.

Biography
Hosaena Ghebru (Ph.D) is Research Fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) – Development and Governance Division. Dr. Ghebru’s core research focuses on applied microeconomics with a focus on property rights, land markets and investment incentives, as well as gender-disaggregated impact evaluations of various land policy and governance reforms on agricultural productivity, sustainable land management and intra-household welfare and bargaining power in selected African countries including Nigeria, Mozambique, Ghana, Ethiopia and Uganda. Currently, Dr. Ghebru is a project coordinator for a new pilot project on Monitoring and Evaluation of Land governance in Africa (MELA) – a pilot project to track progress in implementation of the AU Declaration on Land Issues and Challenges in 10 selected African countries, such as Cote d’Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Madagascar, Malawi, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia.

Accounting (Ife), MBA Management & Accounting (Ife), M.Sc. (UI), LLB (Ife), LLM (Ife), B.L, MA in Peace & Conflict, Ph.D in Management & Accounting, and Ph.D in Law. He has wide teaching and research experience in Tertiary Institutions. As a researcher his efforts stood on fine central theme Management and Accounting, Money laundering, Corporate Governance and Sustainable Development. He has served as a facilitator and management consultant to many reputable institutions. He has written many books and published several articles in local and international journals. He is a member of some professional bodies across the globe. He presented a paper at the last Annual World Bank Conference on Land and Poverty 2019. Prof. Adeyemo has served in many capacities at LCU, and now the Vice Chancellor.
