Wilson Building (the District building), 1350 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004’ Participants will meet with representatives from the D.C. Office of the deputy mayor for planning and economic development, the Office of Tax and Revenue, and the Office of Planning, and discuss the Wharf project, one of the largest real estate development projects in the DC’s history. Staff will present the "land value capture" approach use, as well as planning and property law to finance the project and attract new investment to the area. Next, participants can visit the Wharf Development, or return to the Wolrd Bank HQ. Pre-registration is required and no contribution is required.. Click to RSVP and add to calendar | ||
