Diana Cooper is the Vice President of Legal and Policy Affairs at PrecisionHawk, a leading drone data and safety company. Prior to joining PrecisionHawk, Diana led the UAS and Robotics Practice Group at the law firm of LaBarge Weinstein. Diana serves on the Advocacy Committee of the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International, the world's largest nonprofit organization devoted to advancing the unmanned systems and robotics community. She also serves on the Board of Unmanned Systems Canada, a non-profit association representing the interests of the unmanned vehicle systems community in Canada. Diana is a legal contributor at Robohub and is frequently quoted on regulatory issues surrounding drones by media outlets including Forbes, The New York Times and The Guardian. She regularly presents at conferences including those held by the UN, IEEE, SxSW, Stanford Law and NYU.

Arnulf Christl is a geospatial systems architect and provides consultancy for clients throughout the world such as the United Nations, Ordnance Survey Great Britain, Siemens and IBM. Arnulf provides consultancy for geospatial systems through his company Metaspatial. He has a thorough background in secure and quality assured Open Source products based on Open Standards and is knowledgeable in Open Data models. Arnulf is President Emeritus of the Open Source Geospatial Foundation (OSGeo) and a member of the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Architecture Board. He is also founding member of the OSGeo initiative GeoForAll and sits on the advisory board of the GLTN project Social Tenure Domain Model (STDM).
