Session Abstract

The Plenary will focus on Latin America experiences with stronger communal property rights in the context of forests that have the potential to reduce emissions from deforestation, to adapt to climate change and protect biodiversity. The Plenary will showcase countries’ and indigenous/local communities’ good practices in titling ancestral territories in the context of natural resources and forests.
