Session Abstract | ||
Electron crystallography experienced major leap forward in the last decades: electron diffraction tomography, methods for strain determination, novel diffraction methods in scanning transmission electron microscope expanding the method to variety of materials and also extended the topics which can be covered. Electron crystallography is a young science and is still under development. This MS will specialize on the reports on advances in the electron crystallography field.
