ISPRS 2026 follows the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of data. The personal data you are asked to provide on this registration form is being collected by International Conference Services Ltd. on behalf of ISPRS 2026 to process your Congress registration and take payment, send you information about ISPRS 2026, and to provide customer service before, during and after the Congress. Nominative data, for example name and email, is never shared without your consent unless it is necessary for providing services to you. For example, your data may be made available to contractors such as the Ecommerce payment gateway. ISPRS 2026 will have access to your data to update their records. Non-nominative tracking data may be shared with sponsors and exhibitors for statistical purposes and may include profession, organization, department, city, country, etc.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in the ISPRS 2026 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the organizer’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
