Information ethics concerns ethical information access and use, social inclusion, cybersecurity alertness, etc. Apart from practical examples addressing these, discourse is often scholarly and philosophical with students (outside their study context) and ordinary citizens excluded. Scholarly discourse across disciplines (apart from Library Science, Information Science and Philosophy) is limited. Considering the scope of information ethical challenges contemporary society faces due to the fourth industrial revolution (4IR) and artificial intelligence (AI), it is apparent that discourses across disciplines, contexts, generations, culture and educational and societal levels must be cultured and facilitated with rigor. The concept “Third Space” is widely used in educational, linguistic, information literacy and more recently in information behavior and participatory design. It can be physical, virtual, cognitive, or conceptual spaces where individuals can negotiate, reflect, and form new knowledge and worldviews by merging diverse perspectives across disciplines to construct solutions to complex human problems (wicked issues).
