The theoretical framework of recordkeeping informatics was developed by Australasian archival scholars as a reconceptualisation of records management for the digital, networked environment. The purpose of this workshop is to introduce the framework and to consider its applicability in non-Western contexts by exploring the influence of Chinese cultural characteristics in organisational recordkeeping.
