This symposia session examines the evolving nature of technology and AI and its impact on ethical decision making and organizational leadership. How does the advancement of technology enhance our understanding of ethics? How does it challenge our approach to ethical leadership? How can organziations rise to the challenges posed by AI and technologocial advancement in a way that continues to prioritize human wellbeing?
