Homogenization of jump processes in random media Waseda University, Japan
Homogenization theory aims to derive equations (or processes) for averages of solutions of equations (or scaling limits of processes) with inhomogeneous coefficients. It has been significantly developed in both the fields of PDE and probability theory. In this talk, we will discuss recent progress in homogenization theory for jump processes (non-local operators) in periodic and random media.
