B39: EO Day Joint Keynote: Anne MIGLARESE: "Innovation in Geospatial Analytics for Land, Sea and Space"
As we approach the 50th year of Earth observation from Landsat it is instructive to look at the emergence of new technologies, the increase in available data sources and techniques to process the data but also to discuss consistent barriers that continue to impede the geospatial communities progress to develop meaningful solutions to support decisions at all levels. A brief review of the market dynamics and the growth of emerging economies will also be discussed.
