Potential of Flipped Learning Pedagogy in Mathematics Education: A Review Study

Flipped learning pedagogy (FLP) is an innovative approach with the potential to engage students in mathematics education. The current review aims to explore the opportunities and pitfalls of FLP in mathematics education. The results demonstrate that FLP is a promising approach that has numerous benefits for mathematics teaching and learning, although it is not a panacea for mathematics education, as it also has several significant pitfalls. Overall, the current review contributes to mathematics education to gain insight into the potential of FLP.
