For example, we will look at Design Based Research, Use of life Histories, Network Theory, Critical Realism and other methodologies and theories. This workshop will be of interest to early career researchers in the area of curriculum studies. From the saying “There is nothing so practical as good theory”, we will explore different methodological and theoretical perspectives being used in research in this area. Researchers will share their own experiences and knowledge of how they have used various methodologies and theories to research curriculum. There will be an opportunity to question and look at real applications in the context of current research. The objectives of this workshop are as follows:
