Pursuant to current regulations on Data Protection, specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the data that you are providing to us and that you will provide to us in the course of our relationship, shall become part of the information systems belonging to the ASSOCIACIÓ CATALANA D’UNIVERSITATS PÚBLIQUES (CATALAN ASSOCIATION OF PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES), and will solely be processed for the purpose of managing your participation in any of our activities. The data provided shall be withheld for a maximum period of 5 years. This data shall not be disclosed or transferred, apart from when there is a legal obligation to do so or when this is to those data controllers that provide services to the association, and with whom the corresponding contracts have been signed. Therefore, by signing this document you are issuing your express consent thereto.

On the occasions when you join us in our activities or training sessions, we may take photographs in which your image appears, individually or as part of a group, which may be shared on our website and social networks. By accepting these terms you accept this use of your image as it is an inherent part of participation in these activities.

If you expressly authorise us to do so, we may keep you informed by electronic means to send you information on the activities organised by our association, and also keep you informed of news from the academic and university fields. 

You hold the right at any time to receive confirmation as to whether we are processing your personal data, and therefore also hold the right to access that personal data, rectify any inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary, all this in writing addressed to our access address at Girona, 34 - interior, 08010, Barcelona or by email to info@acup.cat. You may contact the competent Control Authority (www.apdcat.cat) regarding any claim you deem appropriate.
