This session provides an overview of novel ways of data collection, and the distillation of insights based on neuro computing. While machine learning relies on statistical techniques to compare data points in the scope of a specific task, neuro computing works similarly to the human brain – it processes networks of information comparing their structural similarities and analyzing their relationships and interdependencies “with an open mind”. The section is headed by Dr. Jörg Dallmeyer, head of research of CID, a medium-sized software projects and product company headquartered near Frankfurt, Germany.”
