Leadership plays an important role in responding to global challenges and part of our goal in this workshop is to develop leaders that have environmental engineering and science perspectives and goals in mind. This workshop is meant for those AEESP members that are interested in exploring leadership roles, hearing perspectives from others that have been leaders or have gone through leadership training, and helping develop a personalized mentoring program to support their goals.
