While mentor/mentee teams are encouraged to meet up at any time during the conference that is convenient, this Tuesday lunch slot is identified as a suggested meetup time with plenty of flexibility in the 2-hour time slot. Meet by the Registration Desk and go to lunch together in the dining halls or grab a post-lunch coffee while sitting outside in the sun!
